Cuty Axis III

CutyAxisIII is an AC servo motor driver with built-in positioning function of one axis.
As for the typical servo drivers, the positioning is controlled by the pulse train position command from the host controller.
CutyAxisIII can perform programmed positioning pattern operation up to 256 points stored in the internal memory by the control input or communication command from the outside.
Of course as the same way as the normal servo, the pulse train command operation is also supported.

 Program-centered controller servo

1. It can perform positioning in the desired order from up to 256 points of positioning data storage.
2. It is capable of flow control in high degree of freedom such as the conditions loop and the external conditional jump.
3. Three control modes (position, torque, sensor positioning) are switchable seamlessly.
4. The general-purpose input and output can be externally controlled in conjunction with the positioning operation by programing.

RS422 Communication multi-drop
Either by pulse, or I/O, or serial...
It is possible to control the motor either by pulse train command, I / O (external control input), or the serial (RS422 · RS485). In addition, it is also possible to mix the command system.
* 1 For example, the normal operation can be carried out by pulse train input, and also you can choose I / O or serial communication for the home return. To use internal positioning function, you can select either I / O or serial.
* 1: Since some I / O and serial may need to be selected either one, please refer to the instruction manual.

2. Points table operation

When performing positioning to predetermined positions, store the values of the 256-point locations, speed, acceleration and deceleration, and the torque in the point table of Cuty AxisIII, and creating free operation pattern is possible by the program settings.
As for the operation patterns, the order of the positioning, the number of loops, jump function by external conditions, and control output to the outside can be set. Further you can seamlessly set the positioning mode, the torque mode, the sensor positioning.
The program operation of high degree of freedom as of the NC controller can be performed by the driver alone.
